When can I withdraw from my order?

If you are a private customer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal depending on the country you are ordering from and the applicable consumer protection laws. For customers within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. This right only applies to private customers and does not apply to business customers or business orders.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products that are manufactured or configured according to your individual specifications. Therefore, withdrawals from Rack Mount Kits and other configurable products are generally not possible.

Return shipping costs

For customers within the European Union, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, provided that the customer has been informed of this before placing the order. For customers outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country provide otherwise.

This does not apply if the goods are defective, damaged, or have been delivered incorrectly. In such cases, we will cover the reasonable costs of returning the goods, where required by applicable law. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges incurred when returning goods from outside the European Union are also the responsibility of the customer, where legally permitted.
