When can I withdraw from my order?
You have the right to withdraw from your racknex order if you are a private customer ordering from a country within the European Union.
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it. The right of withdrawal only applies to private customers and does not apply to business orders.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products that are made or configured according to your individual specifications. Therefore, withdrawals from Rack Mount Kits and other configurable products are generally not possible.
